2.) Download T3PRO App

Please make sure you download the app from Google Play Store if you have an Android phone, or the Apple Store if you have an iPhone. 

 

NOTE: You will NOT be allowed to log in until after your account profile has been reviewed and approved. 

2.) Register an Account

After downloading T3PRO and opening the app, please select the “Customer Registration” button from the Login Screen.

3.) Call Tech Support

 Just open the app and tap CALL SUPPORT to speak to a customer service representative.

4.) Advice From Expert Field Technicians

If you have already contacted customer support and your issues has not been addressed immediately, your issue will need to transferred to one of our Expert Field Technicians. Please make sure this app stays open on your phone in order to receive support calls from one of our technicians. 

ENABLE APP NOTIFICATION FOR IPHONE: 

Go to device settings > notifications > T3PRO and make sure Allow Notifications is turned ON. 

ENABLE APP NOTIFICATION FOR ANDROID:

Please make sure Push Notification is enabled for this app.
